ICCI Perth is hosting the Italian Masters Cooking Classes again in conjunction with Accento in Claremont. The Foodie Hub went along as guests of our friends at the ICCI Perth on Monday May 19 hosted by the affable -and passionate- Chef Andrea Tranchero of Modo Mio Restaurant.
