Cocktail Degustation Perth. For a long while now, degustations with cherry plucked wines have been a foodies delight, and more recently we have seen the emergence of Beer matching nights in Perth driven by amongst others Macca at Five Bar.However when was the last time you heard of Cocktail Degustation in Perth? You can travel to a lot of places and not find many people doing this sort of thing. There are venues in London and New York that are however according to Andrew Bennett, this is really one of a kind on a monthly routine anywhere in the world.

The Cocktail Degustation Series is a monthly night held in conjunction with Cocktail Gastronomy and The Classroom. It is a popular night and tickets appear to sell extremely fast. The Classroom is an award winning small bar in North Perth that specialises in cocktails and specifically nitrous oxide cocktails. Cocktail Gastronomy Perth is the events catering arm providing tasty morsels and quality cocktails to events big and small all over town. You may have seen their work over Instagram. Each month, the theme of the event changes and the cocktails and food are matched. We went down in January for the ‘Straya Day theme and the photos are below.
