The Cafe Hyatt Perth is now doing Weekend Brunches for $39 a person in an opulate, extravagant yet relaxed setting. Head Chef Adrian Ross leads an experienced, passionate and skilled team that prepare and cook an extensive feast. The setting is classy and offers a spacious dining setting with stylish trimmings. Plush leather chairs and attentive service compliment the Deli Kitchen counter, a sweet bar and a long open plan kitchen where the Chefs prepare freshly grilled breakfast items. Never been a fan of the limited breakfast menu so often rendered across Perth on restaurant menus however refreshingly the Hyatt Regency Perth provides an extensive diversity of foods and cooking styles here. At the award winning ‘Cafe’ restaurant, they serve gnocchi, chorizo, smoked mackerel or baked apples with whipped cream to satisfy your taste buds.
In May 2014 Cafe changed its breakfast menu for weekend guests to offer an extended brunch buffet, with the classic favourites such as poached eggs or omelettes, freshly made crepes, pancakes or cinnamon doughnuts still catered for. Check out the ‘chocolate bowl’ below, it is a massive collection of dark and white chocolate with honeycomb crunch in it. This is on a shelf in the sweets station, they also boast a Deli Counter and a massive open plan breakfast counter where you can interact with the friendly yet focused culinary team.
